Obtaining my real estate license in 1997 changed my life for the positive. My goal in life is to help people be happy, and real estate has allowed me to do that. During my 18 year career I have created and produced a Real Estate Radio show and wrote weekly articles for a local Maui paper, offering education to the community. As a youth my dreams were to live in Hawaii. Eventually construction became my trade. My dreams became reality over thirty years ago when I moved to Hana Town to work on the Hana Hotel remodel. There I fell in love with the Hawaiian culture. I have been here on Maui ever since, loving every bit of it.
In the late 90’s Maui experienced a downturn in the construction industry. I knew my experience would be helpful to clients looking for a home. I received my Real Estate license 1998.

I was born in Guam, lived in Palau for many years, then moved to Maui in 1972. I attended Haiku Elementary school, Maui High school, and Maui community College. I have been active in sports since the age of 13, and continue to this day, with martial arts, windsurfing, running and weight training. One thing many people may not know about me is that I speak Japanese.
Growing up on Maui gave me a unique perspective into the island lifestyle. I appreciate and enjoy sharing this perspective with my clients. Upon completion of my studies and a few odd jobs later, I began my career in print advertising. I have a keen eye for advertising that my clients appreciate from that experience.
After working 10 years for a large Midwest printing firm and moving up the ranks I stunned family and friends and left to follow my first love which was custom home building and light commercial construction. From a young age, after working with family, building various homes with my father and brothers for their personal use, one for me and a few for profit. I was prepared to jump “all in” after ten years of tight deadlines and factory lights.
Fast forward twenty or so years and many projects later I arrived at Oahu ready for the next challenge. When not spending time with my two children and wife, I enjoy spear fishing, boogie boarding or hiking Oahu’s many beautiful trails.
